The one thing the youth is trying to achieve nowadays is the need to be independent in life.
Meet McKenzie and McMaine Boadu, the twins who have taken the mantle upon themselves to spread positive vibes among the youth. The Kumasi-based brothers formed the group which houses several individuals of different talents including musicians.
Born Catholics, the brothers served at the alter – a beginner at the Knights Of The Blessed Sacraments at The Immaculate Heart Of Mary Parish – Kwadaso. In secondary school, “New Boyz” as they were called, diverted into dance and won 2012 “Save The Dance” and High School awards. McKenzie and McMaine embarked on a journey that changed their lives forever and where the enlightenment set in.
“We began studying the most complex ideas about religion and all books relating to GOD. And of course, moving from shrine locations trying to understand what it is that Africans fear so much about the “obosom.”
However, they still believe there is the common denominator and that is GOD almighty who bore Many sons/messengers namely Jesus, Mohammed, YOU, ME etc.
We have a few movies on AfricaMagic with Chris Attoh & Adjetey Anang specifically. We recently started in a German-based movie by special invite through Mawuko Kuadzi (Abraham Attah’s manager).
The dreaded doppelgangers have made it their mission to be independent by taking all sort of risks hence the name, Risk Takers Gang. They are currently working on their series of which one episode is out already.
